About

It's Sunday morning. We are separating eggs, and whipping up egg whites. We are squeezing oranges and frying bacon. The smell of strong coffee winds it's way through the house. We gather around the kitchen table in our pyjamas and wool socks. We place carafes of melted butter and hot maple syrup at the centre of the table. The first waffles come off the iron. Breakfast is ready.
